Policy -- Winding River Players Copier Usage (PDF)

Principle: Winding River Players believes that a copier is a requisite for doing business.

Intent: This policy will provide definitions, criteria and guidelines around copier usage.

Definitions:

WRP – Winding River Players, Inc
Board – WRP Board of Directors
Member – Any individual engaged in a current production or conducting WRP Business.

Policy:

The copier will be located in the WRP Building and is to be used only for WRP purposes unless otherwise directed by the Board.

At the Board's discretion, the copier may be used by other organizations which will be billed according to usage.

A Key Operator will be designated by the Board. The Key Operator's duties shall include but are not limited to:

Copier Accounts

The copier will be accessed only through code input. Unique codes will be assigned by the Key Operator to WRP members who need to use the copier. Overall copier usage can then be monitored.
