Policy – Winding River Players Building Utilization Policy

Principle: Winding River Players believes in the full and specific utilization of its assets. for the good of the organizations.

Intent: This policy will define principles around the use of the WRP Building

Definitions:

WRP – Winding River Players, Inc

Board – WRP Board of Directors

WRP Building (Black Box Theatre) – That structure owned by WRP, located in downtown Towanda. It's mailing address is: 415 Main Street, Towanda, Pa., 18848

Building Manager – That individual appointed by the Board to direct the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building with those items of maintenance customarily falling under "Landlord/Tenant" rules with WRP defined as the Tenant .

Policy:

The building shall be used for those functions pertaining to WRP activities only unless expressly authorized by the Board. These functions may include but are not strictly limited to:

For security reasons, it is the responsibility of the individual opening the building to see to it that the building is locked, heat turned down (if appropriate) and all lights off.

Appropriate individuals will be apprised of the combination code to the lock of the front door.

Any individual using the building for any WRP purpose is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Do not leave a mess for someone else to clean up.

Questions or concerns about building utilization shall be directed to the Building Manager.
